FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £100 (UK MAINLAND ONLY)
Cp Electrical will normally deliver your order within 3 working days. . Please contact our sales consultants on (0191) 482 4443 who can advise you further. If not in stock in our own physical warehouses / branches items will be ordered from our suppliers and delivered to you within 7 to 10 working days. If your order is considered urgent we recommend contacting us on (0191) 482 4443 to confirm stock availability.
There may be carriage charge upgrade options to get items to you faster - Please contact us on (0191) 482 4443 and we can look into potential options for you.
Please note next working day is not guaranteed, Our courier will operate at their best level to get to you next day but this cannot be guaranteed. On this note we ask that you do not book contractors until you have received and checked your goods.
Delivery prices are based on standard size box and weight of under 5kg, We reserve the right for additional carriages on larger items / heavier weights. Standard delivery services by our courier DHL are Monday - Friday.
We are unable to leave any order with a neighbor, or in any other location within your property or grounds, All orders require a signature.
For bulk orders additional delivery charges may be incurred. All orders placed in our branches are for collection only - Please speak to a sales consultant for delivery charges.
Courier UK Mainland - Free Over £100
Order value under £100.00 = £6.95
Order value over £100.00 = FREE (UK Mainland postcodes only, certain postcodes are exempt from this)
Pallet deliveries = Will be advised, quote on application
Please note there will be a £19.95 - £69.99 delivery charge for all Scottish Highland and Inverness postcodes. Price will be calculated based on postcode.
If we have to split your order due to our of stock items, There may be an additional charge for multiple deliveries.
Courier UK Non-Mainland
UK Non-Mainland includes the Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly, Orkney Islands, Inner Hebrides, Outer Hebrides, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Guernsey. These areas are only available on a two-three working day service. For large orders for cable there will be additional charges for pallet deliveries.
All order values = £19.95 -£69.99 per order dependent on Postcode.
Refund Policy
All products stocked within our branches can be returned within 28 days at your own cost if complete with the original receipt this excludes bulbs, cable and items from our Non-Returnable product list.
Please find our returns conditions below :
The product must be in its original packaging complete with all parts including lamps, fixings and for lighting they must include ceiling plates.
The product must not have been altered or wired in any way.
The box must not be written on or be taped with any tape other than clear. Please note the product box and product must also not be damaged in anyway and must arrive back to us in its original condition. If this is not met we will refuse your return.
You must not stick your returns label directly onto the product box. Please attach to an outer box or outer packaging and pack well to avoid any damages.
PRODUCT BOXES MUST BE PLACED INSIDE AN EXTERNAL BOX FOR A SAFE RETURN OR SECURED WITH EXTERNAL PACKING.
This excludes special orders. After 28 days we are unable to accept returns. For products purchased online, these may be considered a special order - Please see "Special Orders" below.
If these conditions are not met or returns arrive back to us damaged we can not accept your return, You will need to pay a delivery charge to have your order returned to you or you can arrange your own courier to collect from us.

Please do not send items back to us until advised as any unauthorized returns will be declined and resent back to you.
Once your return has been approved orders are to be returned at your own cost and you must not write on the items box.
Please include a note with your WEB reference number, Only use clear tape to reseal the box. We cannot accept returns where the box has been written on or where the product box is damaged.

We strongly recommend sending items back to us with recorded & insured delivery.
Once the item(s) are received back to us they will then be checked by our returns department and tested prior to your refund being issued, This usually takes 2-3 working days for checking and then 3-5 working days for the refund to arrive into your bank account.
